Earlier this week, the internet was a buzz with the news of Warner Bros’ casting Ben Affleck as Batman. Love him or hate him, Batfleck will don cape and costume and appear alongside Henry Cavil for the Man of Steel sequel. But Affleck may not be only high-profile actor that will appear alongside Cavil. Cosmic Book News is reporting that Breaking Bad’s Bryan Cranston has been cast as the sequel’s Lex Luthor.

At this time, we can only speculate on the rumor as neither Warner Bros or Bryan Cranston himself have confirmed it. If this turns out to be true, we can all agree that Bryan Cranston as Lex Luthor will be pretty epic. Who other than Walter White himself to add a little antagonistic drama to what appears to be a pretty dismal Man of Steel actor lineup. Let’s shake things up a bit.
