Twentieth Century Fox released a trailer this morning for Rise of the Planet of the Apes, which is meant to be a prequel to the earlier films. There is much speculation as to prequel of which film or about how it relates to the previous movies. From the trailer, it seems obvious that it is the beginning of how the whole mess started with apes in the first place. In any case you can check it out here!

The movie is set to be released August 5, 2011 starring James Franco.
