Michelle Iracheta has had her hands in all kinds of media. She is an intern at the Houston Chronicle’s city desk under Metro Editor Tony Freemantle. She is a staff writer at The Daily Cougar, the University of Houston’s student-run newspaper. She has interned at Houston Public Media’s Houston Matters, a public affairs show that airs weekdays on News 88.7, NPR’s Houston affiliate. Once upon time she had her own tech show on Mi Casa Broadcasting network called The State of Techsus.

Michelle regularly contributes to Concept Art World, where she serves as the Senior Coordinator. She is always on the lookout for new artistic talent. She loves to meet people and tell their stories.

Her main pop culture influences include anything Star Wars related, J.J. Abrams, LOST, NBC’s Community, Conan O’Brien, Jack White, Don Lemon, Mulder & Scully, The Beatles, The Wizard of Oz and The Sound of Music. In her spare time, Michelle performs improv comedy at Station Theater in Houston with her troupes Our Quarter Life Crisis and Launchpad 4.0.

She has been contributing to blogs for more than 10 years. In 2004, she launched her first blog, which was based on her experiences as a Mithra in the MMO, Final Fantasy XI. She created Tronnic in 2010 because she wanted to focus her attention on movies, TV and tech, instead of RPGs. You can contact Michelle by sending her a message through Tronnic’s Facebook page or via Twitter @Cephira.
